Pilot
Apply for a pilot
Who it's for
Teams that talk to customers and prospects regularly, and keep what they hear in calls, notes and documents that nobody has time to read again. If your team makes product decisions from those conversations, this is for you.
What pilot teams get
- The patterns, problems and ideas from your customer conversations, each linked to the exact words behind it, so you can see who said what.
- The documents your team needs, for example findings summaries, written from those same words.
How the pilot works
- It is paid. We agree the terms with you before anyone commits. Applying commits you to nothing and does not give you a place.
- Places are limited by what we can properly support, and we choose by fit.
What happens next
We'll review applications after Web Summit and aim to reply within five working days.

Why we use this information
To review and assess pilot applications, understand whether Tacari is a suitable fit for your team, contact you about your application, plan and run our early pilot programme, and understand where interest in Tacari is coming from. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating requests from people who have asked to take part in the pilot and communicating with them about that request. We will not treat a pilot application as consent to unrelated marketing.
Who can access your information
Responses are accessible only to Jimmy Keogh. We use Google Workspace, including Google Forms, to collect and store responses. Google processes this information as a service provider under its Google Workspace data-processing terms. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
If you are not selected for a pilot, we will delete your application within 6 months of the end of the relevant pilot-selection period. If you take part in a pilot, we may keep the information needed to manage that relationship for as long as necessary for the pilot and any resulting business relationship, subject to our normal legal and operational retention requirements.
Your rights
Under data-protection law you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete it in certain circumstances, restrict or object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. You can also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission if you believe your rights have not been respected.
